    Studio Guidelines
Friendly reminders to help you prepare for your session:
- Arrive 5-10 minutes before class to sign in and set up. 
- Reservations are required book here 
- Notify the instructor of any injuries before class 
- Bring your mat and props for use during class 
- Wear comfortable clothing you can move in 
- Avoid eating 1-2 hours before class if possible. 
- Turn off cell phones 
- Class begins and ends with a silent relaxation 
- If you are late or need to leave early, be mindful and courteous of your fellow students. 
- Be patient and work at your own pace. Breathe. Progress comes with practice.
