I guide yoga sessions tailored to individuals from diverse walks of life. My journey with yoga spans over a decade, with deeper dedication, particularly during the pandemic and my pregnancy. Through these experiences, yoga became my sanctuary, offering relief from life's pressures and stresses. Amidst the challenges of the pandemic, both yoga and plant care became my anchors. Yoga lightened my heart, while tending to plants helped me center my thoughts during turbulent times.

While we've moved past the pandemic's peak, life still throws unexpected hurdles our way. That's why I advocate passionately for both yoga and plant care. I firmly believe that yoga is a personal voyage, unique to each individual. You needn't aspire to master complex poses; simply showing up, being present, and breathing are transformative acts in themselves. Join us on this journey of self-discovery and nurturing, where yoga and plants intertwine to foster well-being and harmony.
