Pothos & Scindapsus Varieties

(Golden Pothos, Satin Pothos, Moonlight Pothos, Scindapsus Pictus)

Light:
Bright, indirect light is ideal. They can tolerate lower light, but variegation fades in dim spaces.

Water:
Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil are dry. Avoid letting roots sit in water — they prefer slightly dry conditions over soggy soil.

Humidity & Temperature:
Average household humidity is fine, but they’ll appreciate an occasional misting. Keep between 65–85°F.

Soil & Repotting:
Use a well-draining mix (potting soil + perlite or orchid bark). Repot every 1–2 years as roots fill the pot.

Fertilizer:
Feed monthly in spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength.

Care Tip:
Trim trailing vines to encourage fullness and use cuttings to easily propagate new plants in water.
